You'll find that many title agents often provide you scribbled search notes and copies of documents. W ith Wheatland Title, you receive a clear, thorough search report that our underwriting staff examines and prepares in a format much like a title commitment. You also receive the copies of the Recorder's office documents for your review so that you may make your independent underwriting decisions.

Our swift and versatile network typically allows us to turn around your requests in five (5) business days or less. Once received from our searchers, the information is then examined, prepared and forwarded to you by e-mail, fax or overnight delivery.
