Four ways to prepare for your Crites Title Closing

Have A Valid ID

It's important to bring a current picture ID to closing, i.e., driver’s license, passport. If you are not certain that your identification card will be valid for your transaction, please call us prior to closing.

Know Your Wiring Process

Illinois has a good funds law. A cashier’s check is required for a cash need from $501 to $49,999; a wire transfer is required for a cash need of $50,000 or more.
